Bain des Dames is an independent record label founded in 2023 by Jonathan le Coutre and Marco Ciocca. Based in the heart of West London, Bain des Dames serves as a vessel for both founders to leave a mark in the music industry, and deliver their sound and vision to wider audiences. Bound by a common passion for their craft, both creators have already spent a decade working side-by-side in various projects as session and live musicians, producers, event managers and artists.

Named after a key location in their upbringing, Bain des Dames represents for Jon and Marco the timeless and magical feel of long summer nights on the shores of Lake Geneva and is their way to pay tribute to their Swiss identity and the region they grew up in.

The label doesn’t limit itself to a genre. Instead, Bain des Dames takes pride in its musically eclectic roster composed by Balthazard, Jon leKole and Mik Ivy, exploring different styles while keeping soulfulness and meaning at the centre of attention. The label is driven by the music’s purpose and crosses boundaries between multiple sounds and grooves.
